The property is located in transit area(before immigration), Incheon International Airport in Terminal1. → Transit Only (International flight → incheon airport → International flight) in 24 hours. An extremely comfortable location for a long transit. I could take a good rest before the next flight and didn't have to go out from the transit area. That was really great. The room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was very friendly and ready to help.

Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2. I had booked for one night because the next day I was flying back home. Staff was excellent. Very polite and very forthcoming. The room was large, comfy and the view towards the airport was fun. The mattress excellent. At dinner, in the restaurant 8, the person helping me was beyond words. I asked for an Apperol Spritz which they did not have in the menu. He looked for Apperol, which they had in storage, and then he made Apperol Spritz. I was really happy and I really thought that this was beyond anything I had ever experienced at a restaurant. Just excellent experience all around.
