The condominium is very new and safe.
The wifi speed is very good.
The fridge is big and you have everything you need in the kitchen.
Quick response from the "hostess" (that's what they call themselves).
Never had a problem with the hot water.
Water for the toilet wasn't working.
There is a 7 eleven very close to the condominium.

The theme of the hotel is just mind blowing. I bet this is by far the best property in Tulum and no one can beat that. The staff is so kind and helpful. I love the style, interior, pool and the architecture.

Excellent new facility. Amazing to have two cenotes and two swimming pools on site along with a little market and guards present 24/7.Clean with a washing machine, oven, microwave, stove and fairly equipped kitchen to cook. Spacious and nice dining table along with sofas in the den area. A lot of nice picturesque places on the property to relax. A bar with a sitting area by one of the pools, a gym, working space, and TVs in the room.
Far from the crowds and you feel like you are in the jungle. Nice natural feeling of trees everywhere and hearing birds in the morning.
Not too far from town but far away enough from the noise.
Owner responded quickly when needed help with towels or other things.

We had an amazing stay ! The villa exceeded our expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, and the plunge pool was absolutely perfect to relax in after a long day of exploring. The staff was very kind and the location is also super convenient, just a 5-minute drive from the city center. Would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is so cute inside and out , we really like that we could open al the curtains and se outside bit nobody from outside could see in.Also the amenities, the fact that it offers laundry room and kitchen is great.
We like that we had a cat greeting us every day and came to visit us.
