Set in large grounds by the dry Arebbusch River, Arebbusch Travel Lodge is 5 km from central Windhoek. There are outdoor pools with sun terraces, and free parking near the rooms. We found everything about this place wonderful! Excellent location at south edge of windhoek making it easy to depart yet still only 10 minutes drive to cbd. It’s also 5 minutes drive to the beautiful new Grove Mall, well worth a visit. Staff here are all so friendly, breakfast is excellent with eggs personally cooked for you. Lovely gardens to walk around and security gates at the front. Rooms are very comfortable and wifi great!

Michelle is an exceptional host and the property is very spacious with every possible thing a guest would need being available, especially in terms of the kitchen and appliances, cutlery & crockery. A lot of unique touches make one's stay very comfortable - like providing laundry detergent and fabric softener, which most places don't provide, even though they offer a washing machine. It really is impractical for a traveler to be expected to have to go out and purchase laundry detergent for one or at most two loads of laundry, because it is often sold in 2kg or bigger packs....So what does one do with the leftovers?? So this was a pleasant thing to have included / available for my stay.

Offering a terrace and garden view, Garden Oasis is located in Windhoek, 4.5 km from Alte Feste Museum and 4.8 km from National Museum of Namibia ACRE. Room very nicely decorated, super clean and fully equipped. Comfy bed, and huge bathroom with all amenities available. Modern and complete kitchen, even though we didn’t use it due to our short stay. Enough space to park a Hilux :) Ruben was a kind and helpful host. We completely recommend it.
