The apartments are located about 7Km from CBD in a nice and quite environment with lots of fresh air. The staff were also very friendly and helpful e.g we got stuck on finding the location because we didn't have internet and they followed us all the way to come and get us as opposed to walking us through the directions 😃. Exceptional customer service.

The room has all the facilities you would expect including a television which was a bonus. The wi-fi was also good and available in the room not just in the restaurant and reception. The man on reception was very helpful and allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. This really helped us and was much appreciated.

Good accommodation with all the facilities you need, Very friendly staff. The lady from the spa did an excellent job. Activities from here were very well organised. We made a day trip to Vic Falls (make sure you have an evisa for Zimbabwe which makes the time at the border less complicated).
