Choosing this hotel was the best thing we could have done! The best staff I have ever had the pleasure to meet, we were helped in every aspect. great swimming pool, for me the location is great, quiet, a bit from the center of Koror! I recommend it to anyone going to Palau!
When I come back, I will only go there!

It was such mistaken when I thought I got unauthorized credit card spending in hotel. I really appreciate the staff patient and help! They provide immediately help and clarification for me. Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia.
Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

I love how the Hotel was very inviting and the staff are very welcoming! It was so clean and luxurious, made ma feel at home. Met a staff named Rasco. He was Super great! helpful friendly and always happy with a smile.
