This place is fantastic and definitely exceeded my expectations! You get free pick up and drop off to the airport. The room and bathroom were super clean, the bed is comfy, the AC works great and you have good WiFi throughout the hotel. The grounds were very well kept as well as the pools, all clean and beautifully liked with palm trees. The staff was incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful. The view from the restaurant is very nice and you see the ocean in the background. The food was very good and all freshly made on the spot. Sure, the building is a bit old and the furniture in the rooms may be a bit outdated but the stay is wonderful and with great views, food and staff, which more than make up for it.

Great outlook, nice ground. Very friendly and helpful owners, nothing too much trouble for them. Lovely Pool. I liked the upstairs rooms for bird watching.

Staff is very professional and helpful, especially Nien Tai. We were at our tail end of our 5 months tour when we arrived at Koror and didn't plan anything ahead except were booked 3 nites at Parasia. Nien Tai in no time help us book a kayak and snokering tour, get us a rental car delivered to the hotel within 30mins. Very efficient!

This hotel was amazing. We stayed here for four nights and did not want to leave. We have a mountain view room which had the most incredible view (we did see the other rooms and the view is not as nice - onto main roads) and the bed was a comfortable cloud! Breakfast was also great, with tons of variety and eggs made to order. The pool and view from the rooftop is incredible and we loved coming back to recharge after long days out exploring. The staff are so kind and went above and beyond. We didn't want to leave.

for us it was the perfect hotel in Koror - for cost/price it was the best option for us. the hotel is located directly at the main center of koror - the diving center are offering pick up and drop off service so it is no problem to get there. there is also a rental car station directly across the street. the staff is brilliant, they help you with everything at every time.

West Plaza Downtown features free WiFi throughout the property and views of city in Koror. There is free private parking and the property provides paid airport shuttle service.
