All is good. All new. Everything is perfect, liked it!!! Location is calm, no problem with parking. Kitchen is fully equipped and very clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I think it is the best thing in Nis. And homemade raki is very tasty!

An excellent apartment, with plenty of space ( large and comfortable living area with well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom) and an outside terrace with views over the neighbourhood towards the hills in the distance. There is even a garage if you arrive by car, and for those arriving by bus it is only a short walk from the bus station. The apartment is in a lovely quiet residential area but only a short walk from the centre of Nis and the old fortress. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and waiting for us on our arrival as the apartment is next to their home in a separate annexe.
