Located within 1.9 km of Mart Stadium and 2.7 km of Canakkale Archaeological Museum in Canakkale, Udi Hotel features accommodation with seating area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very easy to find because close to the entrance of the city and to the airport, but not very nice or walkable. On the other hand, parking is easy and well organized, with cctv too. The breakfast was excellent, the room and the public areas very clean. The elevator does not reach the top floor, where I stayed, it's only one flight of stairs but if you have problems better ask for a room at the floors from 1 to 3 . The small terrace of my room was a bonus that compensated the slight inconvenience. All in all, my stay was comfortable and satisfying.

From the moment I arrived I felt very welcome. I had an amazing room/studio for 1 person, with my mini kitchen, balcony, TV, A/C and good shower. Breakfast was delicious and big, and luckily it starts at 7 a.m. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend!

We drove to the city center and took pictures of the Trogan...
We drove to the city center and took pictures of the Trogan horse used in the movie of Troy. There are restaurants and pastry shops all along the waterfront. It's a great place for dinner and an evening stroll. We only walked along water front so I'm not able to comment on the rest of the city.

As a lover of History; stopping in Chanakkale is quite interesting as the little town has a castle worth of visiting in addition to its approximity to Truva where the ruins and a great museum. The town also offers a lot of activities and nearby islands to visit.

A nice city, especially for a trip break. There is an army museum which is worth visiting. A little expensive but will worth. Restaurants, caffes, bars and ice-cream all are great. Please avoid the back streets near the Castle (if ended up into a very bad area).

THE PEOPLE ARE GENERALLY KIND AND HOSPITALOUS. THE AREA IN THE CENTER AND AT THE PORT IS VERY GOOD. IT IS A QUITE SAFE AREA. YOU DON'T FEEL IN ANY DANGER.

Nice town with a lot of history.
Nice town with a lot of history. Good shopping area with lower prices that you may find in a tourist cities like Antalya or Bodrum. In my opinion it is more fun to cross between Europe and Asia by ferry instead of using the new and impressive bridge that connect the two continents at Chanakkale and it is cheaper.

Surprising town with a lot of history and many things to do. Troy and the war memorials at Gelibolu as obvious hotspots, but the town itself has also a lot to offer and is nice to hang around for some time
