Both the manager and Dewayn went above and beyond to assist me, making the process seamless. I’ve already booked the hotel again for this week, this time for my family and me. Located 18 miles from Dallas city centre, this hotel is just 3 miles from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub. Everything was "no problem." The night clerk was warm and friendly. The room was spotless. The gym was posted as closed at 9 p.m., but at midnight, he said, "Go ahead. Use your room key." Taxi was there at the stroke of 7:30, as requested. For a hurried stop, it was as relaxed as could be! And, the price was right!
