This was the third time that we booked this hotel, told them we’d be arriving late, and arrived to find that they had purged our booking. They accommodated us, but this is a pattern at this hotel. Particularly troublesome for airport travelers who may be experiencing arrival delays behind their control. I used to adore this hotel - it’s beautiful, but one should book with extreme caution.
