Excellent attitude of staff,, Aysha welcome us at reception, made all good preparations for us to get comfortable, little earlier check in, baggage already at rooms, spoke in Romanian language. She was the best. Swimming pool was clean and staff very friendly. Private beach on Palm Jumeirah island was great. Room crystal clean and comfortable., great view from the balcony and breakfast was excellent, a lot of options and great taste. I highly recommend this hotel as holiday destination. Walking on Jumeirah lake promenade was great.

Breakfast selection was amazing, something for everyone. Location very good, 5 minute walk to beach and 5 minutes walk to marina. Supermarket beside the hotel, extremely handy. Staff were so friendly and WIFI amazing.

We appreciated literally everything. * Very attentive and friendly staff. * Perfectly maintained territory. * Lots of qualitative restaurants and beach bars. * The "Palm Tree Court" section is just the best: a dedicated area, pool, abundant availability of sunbeds at any time of the day, a large private beach with very few people. This is definitely the part of the resort where we would love to return. Mind that the prices at the restaurants are high. Taking half-board or all-inclusive really makes sense. Beautiful peacocks wandering around are a cherry on the top of the cake that will make the place even more memorable.
