I was pleased to arrive at the hotel and find everything in perfect order. The room was nice, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring my stay was pleasant. The breakfast did not disappoint. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof, as well as the historic Speicherstadt and Rathaus. This made it easy to explore the city’s key attractions. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I highly recommend this hotel for its service, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations.
