I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers a beautiful pool and access to a private beach. There is also poolside service, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an extensive selection that included everything we could possibly wish for. We personally enjoy a French-Belgian style breakfast, and all the essentials were available, along with a wide variety of hot dishes. One small suggestion to help the hotel avoid unnecessary waste: the room service was excellent, but we had no idea about the portion sizes, which turned out to be quite generous. For example, when we ordered the “chicken sandwich,” we expected a small snack, but it ended up being a full meal. Because we didn’t realize this, we ordered far too much and unfortunately couldn’t finish it. A small photo on the menu or a quick mention of portion size over the phone could help guests make more informed choices, and prevent food from going to waste. We would definitely return or stay longer next time, but on this trip we’re planning to explore more of the country by rental car.

This hotel was perfect for our family - 2 adults and 5 years old daughter. Highly recommend for a calm and comfortable stay! The hotel is suitable for families with small children. You go to Dominican Republic for the sea, to experience that in this hotel was top notch. Very nice, clean and picturous beach area, seaweed cleaned every morning.There are 3 different pools, each of them with own priviliges, loved one with a pool bar. I loved the animation - dances and crazy games, kids club was clean and well equiped, entertaining shows in the lobby every day was fun. We enjoyed most of the food options in the buffe, possibility to use 6 restaurants - loved both TAO restaurants and Brasilian one. Very beautiful and clean hotel area with a forest, rare birds, turtles, iguanas... Transfer between lobby and hotel rooms worked very well. In comparsion to hotels in Turkey, this has much more to offer and much better value for money!!! Mosft of stuff was cheerful and friendly, tips are the key, which one is reasonable in this country.
