The stuff was very supportive and kind specially mr Ahmed Tohamy and Mr Sameh Mamdoh from the reception, the resort was so excited and have lots of fun and entertainment for kids and adults , the food was very well cooked .

As for me, it is one of the best hotels of Hurgada )) the hotel is new. everything is new. the service is perfect. it is very clean. there are a lot of restaurants. and the meal was very very delicious. thanks for a guy in the reception, he was always with a smile and made the upgrade for us. our flight was in the evening, and it was possible to stay in the hotel until the evening for free. thanks again for our holiday)) and special thanks for animation team. it was amazing.

An Unforgettable Stay at Sunrise Tucana – Our Third Visit and Better Than Ever! Our vacation at Sunrise Tucana was truly a dream come true! This was our third time visiting this incredible resort, and it only keeps getting better. This time, we brought our friends along to share the experience, and they were just as amazed as we’ve always been. Sunrise Tucana has officially become our home away from home! The rooms were spotless and perfectly maintained throughout our stay. The housekeeping team does an excellent job ensuring that everything is clean and welcoming. Coming back to a fresh, comfortable room every day was such a treat. The à-la-carte restaurants at the resort are phenomenal, offering a variety of cuisines with dishes that are both beautifully presented and delicious. Our Top 3 favorite restaurants were: The Italian Restaurant – Led by the amazing Chef Said, this was hands down our favorite. The authentic flavors, creative dishes, and excellent presentation made every meal here an experience to remember. A true culinary highlight! The International Restaurant – With impeccable service from Yousef, this restaurant delivered a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes that catered to all tastes. Perfect for anyone looking to explore different cuisines in one place. The Greek Restaurant – The flavors were fresh, vibrant, and authentic. From traditional Greek salads to perfectly grilled meats, this was a delightful dining experience. The bar service was another standout feature of our stay. From Red Bull to Heineken, the variety of drinks available was impressive. Kamal and his team went above and beyond to serve with a smile, ensuring that every evening felt special with their excellent cocktails and top-notch hospitality. A massive shout-out to Yasser at the reception, who was simply outstanding! From the moment we arrived, his warm smile and genuine kindness made us feel like VIP guests.

I don’t often leave reviews but I feel compelled to do so because this resort was perfect! We upgraded to the execute suite and having our own private pool was amazing but in all honesty we didn’t really need it because the hotel pools were all great too. The food was incredible in all the restaurants we tried - but you must reserve at the non-buffet restaurants in advance. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely friendly which made our stay even better. We will definitely come back in the future.

We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!
