All-Inclusive Stays in Marsa Alam City

Very good hotel on the beach. It is part of a big complex, the length of the beach walk is around 1km. Most part of the beach is with rocks, but there is also sandy beach which is good for kids near the big restaurant ( Soprano ). There is also a pier to the deep water, but it was mostly closed beacuse the wind. Beacuse of the big area there is a bus line between the reception and the big restaurant in every 20 minutes and sometimes a little sightseeing train also takes guests around the hotel. We had 3 reservations for different type of rooms and asked to be close to each other, they were able to give us rooms close to each other in higher standard rooms and we got those better rooms without additional charge. Late checkout also was not a problem. The staff is very polite and everybody speaks English. I liked that the staff starts to speak to us in English not in Russian. Also a good thing that it is enough to tell to the agents ( massage, trips etc ) 'no thanks' once. There are enough bars, we did not had to wait for the drinks. In some of the bars there is a drink list with some basic cocktails ( pina colada, mojito, long island etc ) included in the All incl plan, we have tried some and they were unexpectedly good. There are about 20 pools, some of them is heated, the water of the slides is already heated. There is a free usable wifi in the entire hotel. Very good for families with kids ( suitable beach, slides, 4 person bicycles, ice cream at snacks restaurant etc ). The food was good, there is enough selection.

wonderful Hotel. wonderful Staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing quality and taste. the variety at the buffets was amazing. The Hotel is direclty on the Reef. There is a long jetty, that you can use to access the deep water where you can snorcle or a more shallow part, where you can observe the fish while standing. It was a great stay. I found this place by accident and it was absolute heaven! The beach by the bay is just paradise, the whole place is very beautiful, the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The bed & shower were perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the setting of this hotel in its extensive and beautiful grounds. Such lovely gardens, and so many birds to watch - it was perfect. As was the service from the staff, - they managed to locate my Ipad which I had lost en route from Gatwick, and thanks to Mohamed, the Front Office Manager, assisted by Peter and Khaled at Reception, it was found at Marsa Alam Airport. Help too from Ahmed, the Lifeguard who took me snorkelling, and showed me a turtle I would never have noticed otherwise. The beach is a lovely sandy sheltered bay so you can snorkel directly from there or via a short bridge close to the Royal, and the reef itself does not disappoint. There is also a small heated pool in a walled setting, and is sheltered from the wind, so necessary in the winter months. The Restaurant was good too.
