The hotel does indeed need some refreshing, and I think everyone can clearly see that. However, the rest is excellent – the staff is wonderful and very attentive, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The New Year's meal was simply exceptional! Amazing complex!!! We had a big villa, with wonderful big rooms and beds. Nice, clean bathrooms, big balconies... And bottle of champain. Poos were very clean, very nice gardens, lovely restaurant. Staff was helpful, breakfast was fantastic. I woul recommend this place. Thank you so much

This my first time trying all inclusive and it was such a great experience. The pool was heated and the view was amazing. The Staff were so friendly and kept making sure we were alright. Always on hand to fill our drinks when needed. Breakfast was incredible especially with the view and everyday a pastry chef would make something special for us to try. We would eat at restaurants most nights but the Buffet in the main building had plenty of food. We were overwhelmed. It was nice to try new types of foods that you wouldn't normally. Our room was gorges and even when we checked out they looked after us up until we left for the airport.

Olé Tropical Tenerife Adults Only is located in Playa de las Américas, 550 metres from the beach. It offers a gym and outdoor pools. The hotel has a buffet restaurant.

It was my birthday and they put a bottle of cava in my room with a birthday message and a spa entry . Everything was amazing there .
