Everything was wonderful. I felt it was great value for money and the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the food and upgraded to the full drinks package which was excellent value too. As a l9ne traveller for the first time I was a little nervous of how it would fell but the staff, location, safety etc all made me feel very comfortable. THANK YOU.. I will 100% return to this hotel.

All the staff exceptional, very friendly and very helpful, the hotel is in the best part of porto del carmen, very quite area, although with lots of shops, reataurants, bars, night clubs near by walking distance, highly recomended.
