The property looks excellent. However it would not be the same without the people who are working there. The staff was very friendly and excited to welcome us. They gave us an upgrade from a hotel room to a VIP villa with its own pool, jacuzzi and gym. Anyway, the energy of the staff has made our stay, not just the upgrade. Special thanks to Lev from reception who is full of energy at any hour and will to help. In the end we want to say thank you to Manos who introduced us the facility and who was our guide on this wonderful resort. The energy and positivity this man passed to us is just amazing. We’ll definitely come back some time.

The room was spacious and clean, and all the appliances and furniture were nice and relatively new. The food was great, with a rotating menu and lots of different choices. Overall, excellent facilities with the possibility of several swimming pools, friendly and pleasant animators with lots of engaging activities for children and adults every day.

We had a wonderful stay starting from traveling to the hotel. We traveled from chania with public transportation, thanks to the kind staff it was easy to find reach. Also, our room got upgraded to the beach side, which had an incredible view. The food was great, a lot of variety, 2 beautiful nearby public beaches and a private beach!
