The pool area was stunning, with both indoor and outdoor pools available. The poolside snack bar served tasty treats and the towels provided were perfect for a day at the pool or the nearby beach. The on-site café had a cozy ambiance and the staff was attentive and friendly. I can't wait to come back!

Everything was exceptional. The staff was super helpful and nice. The location is very good , you have a nice sea view from the hotel, with a nice sandy beach. The food was good and diversified, the rooms were also very clean. The hotel helped us with the transfer from the aeroport and upgraded our rooms from pool view to sea view for free. I encourage you to choose this hotel. In front of the hotel is the public bus station and you can go to Chania(2€ per person and the trip is 20 minutes long).

We had a lovely stay at Minoa Palace! The staff was kind and welcoming and provided great service and nice little perks like an anniversary cake and a free bottle of wine, and a little gift when you check out. The breakfast and dinner buffet was overall really great! We spent a lot of time at the pool, and the grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a bus stop right outside the resort, making it easy to go to Chania or in the other direction to Kissamos. The room was fairly basic but nice and all we needed, and the bed was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel both for its facilities and staff. Amazing breakfast with great variety of choises for all tastes - complementary fresh orange juice and all types of coffees. Professionalism and hospitality of the staff were beyond all expectations. The room was really spacious with all necessary needed. Overall an unforgatable experience. The highlight for us was the amazing food; the flavors and variety were a delight throughout our stay. The room was immaculate and very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day at one of the best beaches in Crete. Though the surroundings weren't particularly scenic, the warm water and abundance of comfy, empty sunbeds made up for it. We would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and enjoyable vacation.
