We had a really great Stay at the Hotel. The Food was very delicious, we had stunning Weather and all Personel was very kind. The Rooms were modern and very clean. Alot of different Ways to spend Time - like Basketball, Volleyball, Football, Minigolf, Sliding, Ping Pong. On Top of that there were always activities like dancing or playing Games.

Our recent stay at the InterContinental Crete was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a stunning sea view room, which set the tone for a truly memorable getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to assist with anything we needed. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. The hotel itself is modern, luxurious, and recently built, with elegant design touches that create a serene and upscale atmosphere. Everything from the lobby to the rooms exudes comfort and sophistication. We were especially impressed by the abundant and delicious breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. One of the highlights of our stay was relaxing on the sunbeds by the infinity pools on the 5th and 9th floors. The pools offer breathtaking views over the Aegean Sea and a calm, peaceful ambiance that's ideal for unwinding. To top it all off, the hotel kindly accommodated our request for a late checkout, allowing us to enjoy just a bit more time in this beautiful setting. We had a wonderful stay, the resort is not only great but its' staff are amazing!! Thanks to the F&b team, especially Niko (he is unique and the best person we met during our stay), Dany, Emanuela and also the GM (Marius). They were always very helpful and smiling all day. We can't forget to mention Adela from the reception, she was so nice to us and we connected very well.

Beautiful resort right by the sea, set in a beautiful garden. Low modern and comfortably equipped buildings, three large pools, plenty of sun beds. Excellent food, different theme every day. So I don't understand some reviews that complained about the variety of food. I would like to see what these people cook for themselves at home. We were extremely satisfied here and plan to return.
