The underwater environment I saw while snorkeling at Jetty Sunset was truly amazing. I was also deeply touched by Anurag, who decorated my room beautifully every time and even prepared a cake for my birthday without me mentioning it. Our stay was for 4 nights and we experienced that the staff was very caring and professional. They ensured to offer the best service which made our stay super comfortable. A big shout-out to Thushara (our butler), Hassaan (room service) and Maisan (Banyan Restaurant) for his superb customer service and the special tea he made for us. I would specially thank Hameed at the Diving Centre, who helped us in having our scuba diving a memorable one. We had a great customer service experience at the Diving Centre as their staff was quite engaging and professional.
