Opposite Inverness Castle, Inverness Palace Hotel & Spa, WorldHotels Distinctive is located on the banks of the River Ness. The front desk went out of they way to ensure a good stay. We requested a room change due to some noise as we had conference calls at odd hours with various countries. They changed our room to the best suitable room to accommodate no noise, including moving our luggage to the other room. Extremely friendly and help full staff.
