Seikoro Ryokan is located in Kyoto, a 7-minute drive from JR Kyoto Station. Featuring traditional Japanese-style accommodation, it offers a public bath and massage services. This was my favorite hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived, I was sick from food poisoning and could not enjoy it to the max, but the staff was extremely good to me. I cannot thank them enough. The futon beds were extremely comfortable, all the structure really took me back to almost 200 years ago. I really wanted to get the traditional breakfast, but I was too sick so I got the western one that was delicious. Cant wait to be back.

Daiwa Roynet Hotel Kyoto Terrace Hachijo PREMIER is conveniently situated in the centre of Kyoto, and provides a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. It was well located just in front of Kyoto Station, there were many options to eat and shop around it. The room was perfect, the size was bigger than in other hotels in Japan and all the areas were clean. It also has a 24 hrs convenience store.

Located in the Higashiyama area and directly next to Chion-in Temple grounds, Chion-in Wajun Kaikan offers Japanese and Western-style accommodations. Bright, airy, spacious, extremely clean, with an unbelievable vegan restaurant… What more to ask for?

Kyoto Almont Hotel offers modern accommodations with free wired internet. Hachijo East Exit of JR Kyoto Train Station is only a 5-minute walk away. We liked everything. Very nice staff, clean and cozy rooms, delicious breakfast, good location!
