We had the most fantastic stay at Haven Mountain Retreat. The staff exceeded our expectations with their warm and attentive service. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start our days. The pool and spa, set against the backdrop of that breathtaking view, were simply wonderful. Our dining experience at the hotel's restaurant was exceptional, with delicious cuisine and impeccable service. What made our stay truly special was the unexpected room upgrade we received. The room was not only spacious and comfortable but also offered a stunning view that took our breath away. Our stay was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the outstanding staff, delightful breakfast, incredible pool and spa, exquisite dining, and the generous room upgrade.     This place is an fabulous aparthotel for active holidays during winter or summer. Location of this hotel is very good, very close to both Flachau and Flachauwinkl ski lifts, with good ski bus connections. Whole object is very fresh and nicely designed, with nice wellness area and convenient ski room. Host is very friendly and helpful, and makes sure that guests feel very welcome there. Breakfast was very fresh with decent selection of food. We felt very good during our holidays and enjoyed our stay very much.

    Very nice aparthotel in Flachau, with saunas, children's playroom, and games room where you can play billiards and table tennis. The apartment was comfortable with refurbished and well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was very kind and helpful. There is a ski bus stop very near, and the supermarket is just on the other side of the road.
