Choosing the accommodation turned out to be a great decision: close to the old town, in a beautiful building. The room is tastefully furnished, well equipped, the bathroom is spacious, and the bed is extremely comfortable. I would highlight the helpful hosts. We had a great time.

We stayed only one night. The room was clean and spacious. Checkin was smooth and contactless. Unfortunately there was no parking on the premises which caused a bit of inconvenience since we had to park in a parking house not too close to the hotel. The hotel cafe was closed at the time when we were there but we had an amazing breakfast that they organised at a nearby cafe.

Communication prior to arrival was easy with the hotel - they responded to my questions quickly and gave useful information. Regrettably due to a vis maior situation on my arrival day I finally could not get to the hotel and needed to cancel my booking - even if it was beyond the free cancellation period the hotel staff was very understandable and refunded the room rate to me. If I can reorganize my trip to Graz later on, I'll definitely book my stay in this place again.

I have spent here just one night and didn't get much time to enjoy the apartment. For me it was really clean and to my satisfation. I think there was everything you could also need for a longer stay. I really liked it here, I can imagine coming back there.
