Everything was perfect. We checked in after office hours and the paperwork and keys were left in a dropbox for us. Clear instructions were given. When we arrived, there was a welcome pack of essentials to make things easy. The apartment is superbly situated next to the wharves and a couple of minutes from the centre. It is really well equipped, lots of space, clean and comfortable. The staff at the agency were brilliant. Friendly and relaxed, gave great advice, an absolute pleasure to deal with. We thoroughly recommend staying here.

We spend 10 nights here and had a great stay. Location is great, right next to big shopping centre with supermarkets and central trainstation (Kuranda scenic train leaves and arrives here). Within walking distance to town central, beach, restaurants etc. We only needed car for one day because of this. The facilities in the kitchen were good and we made breakfast ourselves everyday but one. Everything was clean and tidy. Dishwasher and laundry machine came in handy. Airconditioning was on both rooms which was absolutely brilliant. We loved the gym, sauna and the pools. We had some problems with the Wi-Fi but as soon as we mentioned it to the reception we got Wi-Fi extender and had no more problems. Chromecast in the room gave nice touch for vacay!

Great location for a pieceful stay (only 20 min. Drive from the airport). Next to a nice, quiet beach and a cafe where you can have a breakfast and lunch. There's an Italian restaurant nearby open long hours. If you want to cook, rooms are equipped with everything you need (just bring your own spices -samples of salt &pepper provided by the resort). You're also allowed to order food online from Coles. The staff is super nice and helpful. Ruby was helping us with organising some trips, renting a car, understanding the area. There is a bus stop 5 min. walk away that will take you to Cairns where all the trip to Great Barrier Reef start from (40 min) and to Smithfield (10 min) where the SkyRail to Kuranda (&rainforest) starts. Good value for money.

    Great little hotel in a good location close to the CBD. The rooms were well equipped for self catering and it was comfortable. It was a self-sufficient stay - we barely saw the staff as there was rarely anyone on site, but we didn't have any issues with accessing the property and our room. The pool area looks nice but was too cold for us when we visited in July.

    Clean appartment on arrival. Comfy bed and hot shower with equipped kitchen for self-catering. God location for exploring Cairns on foot. Near to large Cole’s supermarket for self-catering. Friendly staff with welcoming touches e.g. book swap shelf and some food provisions. Pool looked clean & inviting but we didn’t have time to use it. Recommended for a city stay.
