Location was perfect for our needs. Close enough to city centre (20-min walk) and next to Jacob’s Ladder and Kings Park, leading to good views and fresh air. Rooms/apartments are large, modern and clean. Well-equipped with kitchenette. Laundromat was also easily available.

I love the location and the beautiful riverfront view. The neighbourhood is very safe, and I chose this location because I've lived here in the past and love what the area offers, and it's quick access to town via the free yellow cat bus. There is also easy access to a few popular eating places downstairs and is a lovely place to take a walk, with a park nearby. There are ducks in the river and in the park, and I enjoyed walking around on one of the mornings when the weather was nice. The service was wonderful, staff were friendly and helpful when I had questions. The room was very clean and well laid out, spacious.
