The apartment was clean and warm and comfortable. It was so nice having a comfy couch to relax on while it was raining outside. The appliances all worked well for our needs. The key fob was easy to find and worked well for us getting in and out of the building.

Central location in Sidney. Close to the pier & waterfront walkway, shops, grocery stores, restaurants, bakery, and coffee shops. All within easy walking distance. Quiet and secure building. Generally well equipped with a little room for improvement. Downtown Sidney can be a busy place and parking is always at a premium. The lot behind the building is really convenient for loading and unloading; it has a 3-hour limit and no overnight stays. However, the town has recently designated a nearby lot as a pay lot with overnight parking; it’s only 3 blocks away. Latest parking info is on the town’s website. Host was responsive to questions, and all emails were thorough and clear.

Perfect location to planned event. Clean room. comfortable bed and linens, fully functioning kitchen and washer/dryer.Good internet and bathroom. Seating area, balcony with furniture and roof top patio with BBQ. Great parking, friendly staff and quiet. Close to restaurants, shopping and highway access.
