The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Please give them increases! 😄 I loved the sparkling water and cappuccino on tap. The lobby is spacious, relaxing and warm. The studio apartment was clean and well kitted out. Amazing stay for my first Swiss AND Europe visit.

Everything was perfect, I could not have imagined a better experience. The staff, the room, the facilities, everything. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. In my room I especially loved the kitchen, it was very well equipped and spotless, as was entire apartment. Bed was cozy, lots of pillows. Bathroom and main room spacious. AC worked really well and was much needed. I loved having the gym and the laundry room. Bedroom very quiet, bathroom felt luxurious.

It's near the train and bus station. Lake Geneva is only couple of minutes walk. The staff is friendly. Quite nice place for me and my husband to start our journey in Switzerland.
