The reception staff specifically Eugeen. This young man bent over backwards to help us with directions, even walking outside to show us which to go. He also took care of my wife who's hair had issues with the conditioner provided by the hotel. Instead of simply saying that's all we have, he made a phone call and there was different conditioner in our room when we returned to the hotel that same day. That conditioner was wonderful. He also had a room set up special for our anniversary. Cannot say enough good about Eugene. Only problem lies in that there are not enough Acasa hotels so when we visit other countries we cannot enjoy the same class of service and wonderful breakfast. Thank you Eugene and Acasa for a pleasurable stay. Charles & Anzhela Williams

Great cooking equipment. Two medium pots, a large non stick frying pan, basic utensils, but enough to cook eggs, pasta or soup if you're wanting to save money. Great location 10 minutes walk to Zürich HB, a lot of supermarkets walking distance, 3 minutes to a tram stop. Incredible water pressure and heat in the shower. Big Shower gel and hand wash in the bathroom. Room was warm without being a furnace. The housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
