We booked here last minute, and we were so happy! everything went smoothly, Bob W staff was available at all times both via whatsapp, email and phone. The apartment (2bdr/2baths) was extra comfortable and spacious, all amenities included, very well located. Very easy check-in/out. We will be checking for other properties managed by this company in our next trips for sure!

We had small inconvenience when I arrived but the staff was very responsive and helped me immediately. The room was very clean, the bed is super comfortable. Very close to metro and a bus stop. Big supermarket 6 min away from the apartment. Was surprised by how the room looked like in real life. It exceeded my expectations. Especially nowadays, when a lot of accommodations post too retouched photos.

Since I had a problem with charging the car, we did not have time to arrive on time, we were late and arrived at 2 am. The employee patiently waited for us and met us, showed us the parking lot, which was very nice. The room is very clean and equipped, everything worked perfectly, more like a small studio.     The 2bd/2ba apartment was absolutely gorgeous. Everything was top quality. Modern furniture and spacious, large living room and dining room. A/C, electric blinds and soundproof double glass. Comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop. The apartment hotel is located on the Gran Via in the center of everything and within walking distance to everywhere including bars, restaurants and of course shopping. The staff were gracious and helpful. There’s a cute rooftop bar with amazing sunset views.
