It’s located so close to the sanctuary, restaurants, shops and bus stop. Property felt so private, safe and clean. As it had kitchen, we could cook something for kids. Staff were so helpful especially both reception staff and 2 house keeping women were brilliant. View was exceptional. Will definitely use this if we come back to Lourdes.

The location is fantastic, situated conveniently close to major attractions and public transport, making it easy to explore the city. The indoor hot water pool was a highlight of my stay. It was well-maintained, and the water temperature was perfect for a relaxing swim after a day of sightseeing. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms, common areas, and facilities were spotless, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable.

Ideal location for cycling in Pyrenees. Accommodation was really clean and exactly as described. Welcome instructions where spot on and easy to understand. It had everything we needed. Shower was superb after a day's cycling. Bonus was having a washer, li en provided and somewhere safe for the bikes we hired. Really enjoyed our stay.

The managers were wonderfully helpful and friendly. My French is very poor and they were kind enough to explain things in English to me.
