The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Throughout the hotel was clean. The bedroom was clean, warm and spacious, in comparison to other hotels. Parking was welcome, as most of the on street parking was taken. The location is excellent, close to the river and spoilt for choice for restaurants and bars. I would have to highly recommend the Halles Bacalan, which offers, many pop up food vendors, with food from around the world, and an amazing atmosphere...

Excellent customer service. Well thought-out space, perfect for our needs and we appreciated useful additions such as a sponge and dishwasher tablet provided, organic soap and shampoo etc. Everybody we spoke to in the building was delightful and we would happily return.
