Loved everything, the flat was tiny, but well equipped for a holiday with the family. The heated pool was great fun for kids and adults during the cold mornings. And the garden was a delight and joy for the kids collecting the easter eggs we hid :)

Location: Very quiet outside the village next to a golf course. Arrival: The staff called before the arrival to notify about the reception being closed on the day of arrival and gave instructions on how to get the key out of a safe at the front entrance. It worked as expected, and there was no problem getting the key and entering the apartment. Apartment: Sufficient space for a family of 4. One bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (shower and sink), a little room with 2 bunk beds for the kids, a bathroom (sink and bathtub), and a separate toilet. Kitchen/living room area with a dining table, sofa, and TV. A little balcony with a table and 4 chairs (not used, weather wasn't warm enough). Kitchen: Fridge (ok-sized), stove (no oven), microwave, and all the basic equipment needed. Pool: Good-sized, very nice indoor pool that was pleasantly warm.

Situated in Wintzenheim in the Alsace region, Zenao Appart'hôtels Wintzenheim has a garden. Private parking can be arranged at an extra charge.

Very comfortable little apartment. Plenty of space for 1-2 people and located in the very center of the old town. The staff was very nice and quick to respond to any inquiries.

The apartment is perfectly located just at the footsteps of the centre of Colmar. We were warned there was construction ongoing in the common areas of the apartment building. Yes, there was some construction related dust in the staircase up to the apartment but that didnt bother us one bit. The apartment is newly renovated internally, was cleaned very well, and has all the amenities you want. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms very spacious. Perfect for a family of four. Service and responsiveness of the staff was excellent. We had mistakenly left our iPad behind in the apartment and the team went to great lengths to help us recover it and shipped it internationally. Even after it got lost in mail and was returned to them, they again shipped it to us. This time successfully. I would definitely stay here again.
