    All the staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. Although I considered the room to be self-catering a daily cleaning team came in and left fresh towels etc, which was a welcome surprise. With temperatures in the mid to high 30's the air-con was a Godsend and wasn't turned off while I was out, which made it nice and cool on my return. Handy for local food shopping, there was even a LIDL, close by.

    The only good thing about Lagrange Aparthotel Lyon was the bed matress and the pillows Also the only polite person in the building was a blonde lady that collected the breakfast papers

    A nice and clean apart hotel. Not in the center, but well connected to the tram system. The room was small but had everything that I needed.
