Easy accessible location with everything nearby. Very friendly host and helpful too. Walkable distance to important locations .The family has been very kind and guiding as well. Gave us fruits inthe evening and lent umbrella when it was raining. Also helped arrange a private day tour just for the 2 of us with a driver to see important places like martvilli, okatse canyons and Prometheus caves for a very reasonable and better price than what the other operators market had to offer.

This is an excellent guesthouse. It is very central for Kutaisi sight seeing and leaving on day trips, but was still very quiet. Room was very comfortable and warm with the heat pump/air conditioner. Very clean and the kitchen facilities were great. I have booked again for my next stop in Kutaisi.

Location is great. Plenty of diners, cafes, pharmacies, grocery, and other shops are all within 2-10 minutes walk. The hosts were very sweet, helpful and accommodating with a few requests that I had. I checked in at a late hour due to some changes in my schedule and the host did not have an issue with that. The apartment is clean and had appliances that made my stay easier. Comfortable bed. Shower heater was a major plus. Internet is fast. Absolutely loved the greenery in the garden it added to the cozy feel of the place.
