This property was newly renovated so in mint condition. Elegantly appointed and having laundry facilities is a bonus. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Location excellent. So close to best part of Kalamata beach. Great association with beachside restaurant and bar Anasha. It’s all you need to have a fabulous holiday in Kalamata! We had such a fantastic experience here! John and his partner were truly amazing hosts – very accommodating, friendly, and always going above and beyond to make our stay special. The property itself is spotless, neat, and perfectly located just five minutes from the main town. While it’s on a busy street, the stunning views more than make up for it. The pool and lounging area are a highlight, with direct private access to the sea. There isn’t a traditional beach, but you can still get into the water if you wish – though honestly, the pool and the views are so incredible that you hardly need it. We traveled with small kids and stayed in a two-bedroom unit, which was super spacious and worked perfectly for our family of five. It’s an excellent choice for families, with plenty of space and comfort. Food options on-site are limited, but this wasn’t an issue. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it’s easy to order takeaway from local spots. The property also has a lovely little restaurant area with beautiful views where you can enjoy your own meals. And the coffee deserves a special mention – unlimited and absolutely amazing in the mornings, which was such a treat! Overall, everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We would definitely return if we’re back in the area.
