So happy with our choice! It was so surprisingly spacious, comfortable, convenient, and clean! There were gondolas coming and going right down from our window. Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel had a special entrance for water cabs to get on and off the boat, making it easy for us to carry our luggage to the parking garage

Davide was a wonderful host - greeted us upon arrival and let us store our bags. The apartment is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is large with room for all toiletries. No hair conditioner is supplied. Hair dryer was great. Coffee and sugar are provided. the apartment is off a piazza with several cafes and restaurants - it is a real neighborhood. Five minute walk to vaporetta. We loved our stay here.

It was a hosting experience far beyond my expectations. Very high standard of construction and decoration. Everything new and impeccable. Very spacious and finely decorated apartment. New and large bathrooms. New, high quality sheets and towels. To make our stay even better, Paola provided us with highly personalized and professional service. Very well located, but with the benefit of being on a street with little traffic.

We loved the location. It was slightly away from the main touristy areas and was quieter. There were still a lot of good restaurants nearby and also the Blue line water taxi from the airport to Ospedale stop was really handy. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable. There was a small but useful lift too.

It was an amazing experience! The location is really good, near the subway but on a quiet street. When we arrived we were met by a friendly staff member who gave us a map of Venice and recommended the “must see” places in the town. The wifi was great and we also enjoyed the Tv in the room, we even watched 2 movies while we stayed there :) The breakfast was also great, I am a vegetarian but there still were plenty of options for me. We stayed for 4 nights, after we checked out the staff even offered for us to leave our heavy luggage there so we could enjoy our last day! 10/10 would recommend

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Venice. The location was ideal—close to everything yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The apartment itself was very spacious, impeccably clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service provided by the owner. They were incredibly responsive, even to our late-night questions, and went out of their way to accommodate us—allowing us to use the bathroom before our official check-in time, which was so appreciated after a long journey. A truly smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable accommodation away from the noisy streets. There's a large supermarket about 5 minutes walk. Very close proximity to the main Jewish getto area, where you'll find a variety of affordable restaurants. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk when travelling with luggage. There are 4 bridges to cross if arriving by train. 1 of them has ramps, but the other 3 have stairs. If travelling with large luggage, I would suggest using one of the porter services.
