Very Cozy, Spacious and Clean 15mins walk from the Kinomiya Shrine and the station, absolutely quiet at night time. Very Recommend to visit the Shrine at night as well. Staff is very nice and sure will visit again in the future

The other aspects are as excellent: the room is in fact an apartment (a space of 8 tatamis, completed with a small kitchen with a fridge and a micro-wave oven, and a bathroom, perfectly clean, quiet and comfortable, with a direct access from the street: it feels like living in Japan. The attendants are attentionate. The hotel is located right in the center of Atami, at 5 minutes walk from the station and 5 minutes from the beach. An ideal place for a stay in Atami.

The onsen was amazing! Large rooms, very clean and well equipped kitchen. It’s obviously marketed towards car-travelling visitors, but if you know about the free local bus it’s also very convenient without a car (timetable attached). You have to take the taxi for large luggage.

MR. TOMO KAWANA is located on the seafront in Ito, a few steps from Kawana Beach and 28 km from Shuzen-ji Temple. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay.

The property looks new and modern. We like that we could check-in also at a later time (11pm). The house had everything we needed and also a lot complementary drinks, snacks, and others. The family that hoasted us there was extremely nice and helpful! We only regret we could not stay longer.
