Location is great, quick access and walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. I like the electronic door locking system that work without keys. I was met by Carine, the hostess that made me feel very welcome and attended to the needs I had. Very friendly and supportive

Location was really good, and area very quiet. They even have a shuttle to take you to the beach and mall which was great. Etienette the receptionist was always very helpful, she always went out of her way to do whatever she could for us. Breakfast was always very good with a lot of choices. Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided which I liked. I would recommend anybody looking for an accommodation in Flic en Flac to try L'oiseau de L'ocean. Keep up the good work Etienette in managing the reception the way you are.

The hotel is very good! The room exceeded our expectations—a large balcony with transparent railings and ocean views, a small kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and dishes. The hotel warned us in advance about construction work on weekdays, but we didn't even hear it. There is a bar and two restaurants downstairs, and music was always playing, but it didn't disturb our sleep because they closed at 10 p.m. (several times at 11 p.m.). There are also many cafes nearby. The beach is across the street, and the sunsets are amazing! Special thanks to the administrator Bipin! He is a professional and a very good person. He always helped us with all our requests. He was always ready to help. Our flight home was late in the evening, and the hotel management allowed us to stay late because it was a public holiday, the reception was closed, and we had nowhere to leave our suitcases. That was very nice!
