This was an excellent option for a work trip to Mauritius. The central location made it easy and quick to get to Port Louis, Cybercity in Ebene, and back to the airport, without having to face too much of the island’s traffic. The apartments were well laid out and spacious, with excellent amenities. I ate a few times in the restaurant, and the food was good. But it was also easy to get to the nearby malls (especially the Bagatelle), where there were more varied dinner options. The service from the staff was really a standout. They could not be more helpful or accommodating.

We stayed at 5 different accommodations in Mauritius and this was the highlight, it is perfectly situated right at the seafront and also close to some good restaurants. From our arrival to departure the staff were attentive and kind and our apartment was cleaned daily. It had everything we needed. The terrace overlooking the sea was a great spot so was well used. Grand Baie central with all its surf shops, clothes shops and twinkly things was a merciful 20 minute walk away which made us very happy too, keeping it at a bit of a distance (be careful walking on the road, few pavements). A few little shops nearby sold groceries or there is a big supermarket at the far end of Grand Baie - you'd want transport. In brief we loved this apartment. Thanks to all the Peramal staff.

Location is great, quick access and walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. I like the electronic door locking system that work without keys. I was met by Carine, the hostess that made me feel very welcome and attended to the needs I had. Very friendly and supportive

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room (ocean view room is worth it). Hourly transfer to the beach (it's 15minutes walk) and shopping mall. Good breakfast and there's an orange squeeze machine for use. + There's a lovely beautiful kitten girl (please take care of her 🐈💝)

Shower and bathroom was great! The room spacious and comfy with 2 fans and aircon unit. The room had a dishwasher and staff came in to clean each day, including loading the dishwasher. Guests needed to do nothing but relax! The location was a block from troux au biche beach, with a large supermarket (Chez Popo) and bakeries in close walking proximity. Buffet dinners were convenient. Very accommodating staff who even gave us a holding room for my mom to rest while we waited for our room to be ready (we were early).

Very kind and helpful staff. Washing machine available. Spotlessly clean - they clean room and change towels and bs on 2 days. No mosquitos, bugs and other creatures.
