The location was great, right beside Souq Waqif and near the metro and downtown area. The bed was really comfortable and the room was very bright and spacious. Also the staff were very helpful and always available.

The hotel location is fine, staffs are excellent and willing to offer assistance as may be required. I want to really appreciate one of the hotel staff, Harriet (a Ghanaian woman) at the reception for her wonderful hospitality. She's always smiling, dedicated to her duty and always willing to render any assistance required from her. She made our stay in the hotel enjoyable and memorable. Thanks to all the hotel staffs. The room is excellent, WiFi working superb, housekeeper wonderful people, hotel environment very neat and fantastic. I really recommend this hotel.
