Serviced apartments in Malmö

We liked a lot staying at Unity! It's a great choice for both short and longer stays. The room is not very big but is well-organized. Bed is big and comfortable, we were staying for a month, and sheets were replaced every week together with the cleaning. It is a right place to mention that the staff in Unity is very pleasant and helpful! Returning to the room, windows are big, so you can have enough light and sunshine when you need, or you can cover them with blinds. There was also a big screen in our room, we connected it to my mobile phone and watched Netflix series, it was very nice) Bathroom is big and comfortable, with shampoo/body gel and a separate light for a make-up. There were many apartments on each floor, but we never had issues with a noise from our neighbors. Downstairs, there is a big and bright lounge area with many sockets, where it was possible to work conveniently. Internet connection was very good on all territory. Gym was a big plus too! We liked spending time there a lot. Laundry is extra charged, but the system is very straightforward, and the price is good. For us, it was also important to separate waste, and it is possible there. Unity is located in a very nice and quiet place. There are two parks nearby in the traditional Scandinavian style (cemeteries :)), and you can walk or run there, which is very popular. There is a big supermarket in about 10 minutes away from the place, and it's a rather big choice of food there. To sum it up, we have only the best experience from staying at Unity and will be glad to return!

We felt right at home at the hotel! Our room was a fully equipped studio with kitchen and spacious bathroom. Room was large and clean, we were allowed to store our bicycles at the bike parking in the inner yard. Delightful breakfast was served which we were allowed to have in our rooms when breakfast area downstairs was crowded. Staff are amazing - very kind and helpful, they assisted with parking instructions and tips for the city. Special thanks to staff member Melly (hope I remembered her name properly!) for the warm welcome and for lending us capsules for the washing machines!

Good location, a mile from central Lund. Clean and comfortable. Uses a self check in system. Allowed us to store our bicycles indoor under a stairwell. Laundry (washer and dryer) on site.

The amount of stuff for cooking and the bed is so good!

We were a group of friends and we stayed for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay and the hotel facilities. The hotel is very close to the bus station 5-6 min walk and 5 min to the city center by bus, and also close to Nova, the shopping center. The room was very clean and the staff was really friendly and helpful. Definitely coming back again!
