The suites are very cosily furnished, the view of the sea is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom equipment is good. The aparthotel has family rooms and facilities for disabled guests. We spent a wonderful family holiday here with our three children, and this hotel completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the friendly staff made us feel welcome — they spoke English and German, which was very convenient for us, and were always ready to help with anything we needed. Our apartment was bright and modern, with a spacious terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows that opened up to the most breathtaking sea view. Everything felt new and fresh, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need — even an oven and dishwasher. The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk to a children’s beach, piers with lighthouses and seals, fun activities for kids, and a yacht club. It’s close to everything yet pleasantly quiet. While the hotel doesn’t have its own parking, the staff went above and beyond to arrange a parking spot for us in a nearby building. We left with the warmest memories and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. Boasting family rooms, this property also provides guests with a children's playground. The location and accommodation were perfect! Very clean and comfortable furniture. We find it a very good concept.Dogs are very welcome. Parking in front of our suite… We are looking forward to our next stay .

The room was comfortable, with a well stocked kitchenette. It was a very good value for the price, I was surprised at how nice it was. The pet friendly hotel close to the pet friendly beach was ideal for me an my furry companion to have a lovely vacation. We wanted to stay an extra night to better enjoy the pool and location but they were fully booked.

Fully renovated and redecorated in 2018 and within walking distance of the Belgian coast you find Getaway Ostend. Residence Providence is the newest Getaway accommodation, offering beautiful, modern and fully equipped studios. Very much satisfied while staying here. It felt so cozy. Toddler friendly! Everything you need is in the room. Easy check-in and check-out! My favorite place to stay in whenever we have to spend time in Ostend!
