After raising this issue, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a room on a higher floor, which I found very considerate and commendable. The housekeeping service was excellent throughout my stay, and they even gave us a little surprise at the end, which was a delightful touch. The doormen and front desk staff were impeccable in their manners and smiles, truly embodying the spirit of a five-star hotel.

The free private washing machine in the room was a game changer, and the staff was very friendly. The location is great location also, next to a huge mall, the tech market, and generally a very lively neighborhood. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The service was warm and the breakfast was rich. The room was much bigger than other hotels. There was a shopping mall and a large supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Big thanks to Xie and Qui—you two were incredible! So helpful, kind, and genuinely warm. I didn’t just get great service, I made new friends. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Although the breakfast is not luxurious, the ingredients are fresh and healthy. Both business travel and staycation are strongly recommended.
