The location has some drawbacks—the neighborhood is quite dark and far from the main tourist center. Parking can be tricky if you have a car due to narrow roads, but Victoria kindly helped us by reserving a spot with a neighbor, which was a big help. The views from the hotel are stunning, which definitely makes up for some of the location challenges.

The quiet green location close to the center was perfect for both relaxing and exploring. There are small shops and an authentic Georgian restaurant nearby, all within walking distance. The courtyard is full of flowers and has a peaceful fountain with fish that our child loved. The hosts were truly wonderful, they welcomed us warmly and were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly cared for. The atmosphere was calm, clean and family-friendly. Located in the heart of Tbilisi, Luxury Inn is perfectly situated for exploring the city. I loved being able to walk to nearby attractions, cafes, and shops. It made my stay both convenient and enjoyable.

It's so perfectly clean and new apartment.Very beautifully designed. It's located in a very good place. Close to all attractions and restaurants and historic sites. The view from the balcony is amazing. It's is equipped with all you need - beautiful bathroom; very nice kitchen;closets ; laundry room and dishwasher. You really feel there like at home. The beds and cushions are very cosy . The host Eteri and her helper Marina are the best.They cared to provide us anything we needed. They cleaned the house every day and changed towels . Like in 5 Star hotels. The walls and the windows are very thick so you feel privacy and no noise from outside. It's a very beautiful place and it's not expensive.
