The owner was very gracious to us (at first). He was kind and helpful, again I say at first. The out door patio was shared but very big and enjoyable. The air conditioner was very powerful!

The experience with hard working, kind people was unique. The town was so beautiful going up the 136 stairs was sporty. We will come back. Thanks to you all.

But we had a great time staying at this hotel. We chose the apartment with a sea view. Sparkling clean, rather large for 2 and well equipped. The hotel is located 5+ minutes by car from the parking at Vieste port. It's a perfect place to retreat from the busy life in Vieste and the view from the pool (or the room if you are lucky) is spectacular. Prices (off season) are very reasonable. Last but not least, the "staff" was exceptionally kind, helpful and professional (Giovanni, Matilda, Ana). Breakfast is generous and tasty. Definitely a "10" by our standard.
