The apartment was one of the cleanest and best equipped we have ever stayed in. The location is just a 5 minute walk to the Areit express gondola, which is one of the main access routes to the ski mountain. Manfred and Katrin were extremely helpful and friendly. There is a beautiful sauna and other facilities such as a laundry room and ski lockers to store all your equipment. There is a lovely restaurant on the ground floor which was ideal when we were tired after the days skiing and did not want to go into the village to eat. We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.

The view of mountains and lake. The room was spacious fully equipped with fridge, oven, dish washer, boiler, espresso machine and capsules. Bathroom was also spacious and the water pressure and heat are amazing for a shower.

Staff were all amazing/So helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was so good & varied to cater for all. End of a motorbike tour throughout Europe & just wanted a nice Facility to relax for the last night before travelling back to the UK.     Location is favourable - go 1km south - You will reach a lake. Road to Saalbach is nearby. Village itself very silent. Convenient parking, 50m from house. Apartment has a sleeping room, a dayroom, very small kitchen and toilet combined with a bath in one room, a balcon is large enough. If You skier - available a dry room on a ground floor - keys in apartment.

    The property owner provided with easy-to-follow instructions how to get to the apartment which enabled us to arrive any time. Half of the apartment is renovated and in general it is just okey for a short stay. There was a parking next to the building very convenient for reloading skiing equipment.
