This place felt like true luxury from beginning to end. We stayed for four days and it was the highlight of our trip in Austria! Exceptionally welcoming and friendly staff Top-notch guest facilities with attention to every detail Incredible spa area with breathtaking views over the valley Great restaurant with excellent food Outdoor relaxation areas, indoor playground, and a well-equipped gym Very children-friendly: our 3-year-old loved the heated indoor & outdoor swimming pools and the play areas — we all felt very welcome Perfect location for exploring all of Stubai Valley Truly pampering atmosphere – relaxing, comfortable, and memorable It’s beyond words how much it added to our stay. Absolutely worth it – for the spa, the staff, the location, the child-friendliness, and the unique experience. We’re so glad we found it and can only recommend it!

I stayed in Sepp & Hannis apartment for one night after completing the Stubai High Trail. We just wanted to have one night to relax, use wellness and unwind. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and the staff was very personal. I was very impressed with the wellness facilities. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with many vegetarian options, fresh juice from a juicer and excellent coffee. I will be back!

We had a great stay. The apartment design was very nice, modern but with a cosy feeling. very big rooms. A big living room with a sofa and television which was great for hanging out in the evening together with our friends. The location was nice a little isolated and not in the city center, but that is what we liked about it. the kitchen was excellently equipped with everything required for cooking in the evening, which we liked a lot. We did a lot of hiking in the Stubai Valley with the Stubai card included for cable cars. There is also a very nice hike near, the Grawa waterfalls which is very recommended. We had a great stay and we highly recommend the apartment.

We had an amazing stay. The host was very friendly and involved. She carried our luggage upstairs, had some sweets in the room and asked us how our day was whenever we saw her. The room was very spacious and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The views from the room are beautiful and the location is perfect. Everything is within walking distance and the bus to go skiing is around the corner. We absolutely loved everything and would definitely recommend haus bellis!

    We loved this apartment, new and beautifully decorated. The owners put a lot of attention to detail, and the apartment is well equiped for cooking if you need to. Spacious for 4 people. Nice balcony with mountain views and fab shower. Convenient location for skiing, the valley is beautiful. Restaurants, shops and equipment rental nearby.

    We stayed in one of several apartments , slap bang in the middle of the village. We collected the keys from the cafe next door where we also had a good breakfast. The flat was small, but had a balcony with a great view , and the added bonus of a sauna and steam room in the building. It couldn't have been better !

    We stayed here to ski at the Stubai glacier. It was a great location with a ski rental shop and bus stop down the road. The apartment was lovely and the host was so lovely- really friendly and helpful.
