We loved our stay at this centrally-located apartment in Nice. It is newly renovated with a high end finishings, and everything is sparkling clean! The bed was super comfortable for a good night’s rest. It was like sleeping on a cloud. The shower was very spacious with good water pressure. All the main attractions (the market, beaches, parks, views points) were within a short walking distance. The parking (for extra €45) was just outside the entrance door to the apartment. Thank you Snejana for the pleasant and prompt communication and clear instructions for the checking in and checking out procedures.

Alexandre was so nice, he gave us directions when we left the airport to the apartment, and he was always there to answer to any questions that we had related to the city. The apartment was extremely clean, he provided everything we needed and even to go to the beach. The location is awesome, close to vieux Nice, to the beach, to the tram and to a lot of restaurants.

I spent a really nice time at Charlotte's apartment. She has a very good taste in home decor! 😉 The apartment is located close to the old town, and it will take you just 5-7 min to get to the nearest restaurants. There's also a tram station close to the apartment, where you can catch a tram L1 to the main railway station (13-15 min), and there's another train station even closer, it's called Nice Riquier. We didn't communicate much with Charlotte, but she seemed to be a very kind, attentive, and responsible host. She welcomed me with some cute Provence things, and that was very nice, really 😊 I totally recommend this place! You'll feel at home there!

    The studio is perfect for a short stay in Nice. Good value for money, nice and friendly hosts, easy check-in, good location (a tram goes directly to Old Nice, and the stop is a few minutes away). The apartment is quite small, but has a balcony and everything that is needed for a short stay. It was clean and comfortable.

    A very comfortable studio apartment for one person. Very clean, with all necessary facilities, including hairdryer. Excellent location for quick and easy access to Port area and trams (2 mins) Place Garibaldi (5 mins) and 10 minutes walk from Vieux Nice. Felt safe for staying alone with good security access. Self catering, but had all the equipment needed if wanting to eat in, with a good boulangerie on the corner and a supermarket opposite and close to Rue Bonaparte which has great food shops.

    The location was excellent and right in the centre of the old town, near numerous restaurants and bars. Was also only a short walk over to the other side for shopping. Apartment had everything required for self catering. double bed was comfy and the pull down couch was adequate for a short stay/long weekend. Great communication from host leading upto and during stay.
